FAQ
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know about fees, custody, and how Numo puts your idle cash to work.
Do I pay anything to use Numo?
No. There is no subscription and nothing is billed to you out of pocket. Numo keeps a management fee, but it is already deducted from the rate we show, so the yield you see is exactly the yield you get.
Where is my money held?
Your funds are held in segregated accounts at our regulated asset manager, ring fenced and never mixed with Numo's own money. Numo is never in the payment path; cash moves directly between your bank and the asset manager.
Do I need to switch banks or open new accounts?
No. You keep every bank and account you already have. Numo connects securely alongside them, money is invested from your existing account and returns to that same account on redemption.
What can I invest in, and what do I earn?
Two products: a Money Market Fund at 2.1% for maximum liquidity and stability, and a Flexible Allocation product at 4.2% for cash you can set aside a little longer. Both rates are shown net of our management fee.
How quickly can I access my cash?
Money Market Fund balances are available on a same to next day basis. The Flexible Allocation product targets a slightly longer horizon for a higher yield. You choose the split between liquidity and return.
Is Numo regulated?
Yes. We only work with regulated partners, and Numo itself is CMVM registered, operating as a tied agent of a regulated asset manager under MiFID II, the same supervisory perimeter as the institutions safeguarding your cash.
How long does onboarding take?
Minutes. KYC and KYB are fully digitized, no paperwork, no back and forth. Connect your accounts, verify your entity online, and start earning the same day.
Who is Numo for?
Startups putting a raise to work, SMEs with cash scattered across multiple accounts and entities, and mid market companies managing several entities, all without negotiating rates bank by bank.
